Stacey Webb Bond Stacey Bond brings to the firm a background in law enforcement. Bond began her career at the Harris County District Attorney's Office, where she served in the trial bureau for six years.
Bond graduated from Texas A&M in 1989 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993. Admitted to the Texas Bar in 1993, she is also admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association (Criminal Law Section), College of the State Bar of Texas, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, and Texas Criminal Defense Lawers Association.
She was a teaching assistant for the Texas District and County Attorneys Association and has lectured in the areas of Intoxication Manslaughter and the Intoxilyzer. She has participated with a team of lawyers in a mentoring program for new law students at the University of Houston. She has lectured for the HBA Criminal Law Institute. She is board certified in criminal law.
Since joining the firm as an associate in 1999, Bond has represented clients in all types of federal and state criminal cases: telecommunications fraud, environmental crimes, white collar offenses, Medicare fraud, thefts, narcotics violations, sexual assaults, robberies, and murders.
